This role focuses on making outbound calls to homeowners and scheduling free in-home appointments for our sales team. There are no direct sales involved. Your job is simply to create interest and book appointments.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners
• Schedule free appointments
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines
• Meet daily and weekly appointment goals
• Accurately document calls and customer information

Qualifications

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Positive, goal-oriented attitude
• Call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required
